Warranty Disclaimer
Brand New Sharp products have a 90-day warranty. Sharp equipment, within Printer Copier Guys’ local service areas, may be served both for in-warranty, as well as out of warranty service, with a nominal charge. Should you have any questions, make sure to call first to get full warranty details before purchasing.
This Warranty covers all defective parts & labor for a period of 90 days from the date of purchase. This warranty does NOT cover any parts due to normal wear & tear such as feed rollers, pick up rollers, fuser assembly, rollers & all supplies. This warranty does NOT cover networking issues. All supplies and parts are recommended to be purchased from Printer Copier Guys, to ensure optimum performance. If it is proven that 3rd party/generic supplies are the cause of a fault, then the warranty will be void.

Total Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not totally satisfied with any equipment delivered under this Agreement, Printer Copier Guys will, at your request, replace it without charge with an identical model or, with a piece of equipment with comparable features and capabilities. This Guarantee applies only to equipment that has been continuously maintained by Printer Copier Guys under this Agreement or a PCG Service Maintenance Agreement. For “Previously Installed” Equipment, this Guarantee will be effective for 90 days after installation.
During any 90 day period, the performance of the equipment delivered under this Agreement is not at least substantially consistent with the performance expectations, Printer Copier Guys will, at your request, replace the equipment without charge with an identical model or, with equipment with comparable features and capabilities. This Guarantee will expire 90 days after installation, in which event it will expire at the end of the initial Term of this Agreement.
Refurbished products have a 30-day warranty
This Warranty covers all defective parts & labor for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. OEM products, including toners, are subject to manufacturer’s warranties, and not of Printer Copier Guys, LLC.
Remanufactured toners have a 6-month warranty by Printer Copier Guys, LLC, with a replacement process.
Returns
Returns must have original packing material for credit or refund. Larger, console type copiers, segment 2 and above copiers & MFPs are non-returnable, as well as other products. In the event that we will accept a return, we will charge 20% restocking fee, and the customer will be responsible for shipping both ways. Should shipping have been waived/free when a product was sent to the customer, shipping will be charged should an item be returned. No returns after 15 days from purchase date. Call us to get exact details on the item you are ordering if it is eligible for returns. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the customer. Return Authorization numbers are required on all returns.
Limitation of Liability
www.pcgcopiers.com shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if www.pcgcopiers.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a www.pcgcopiers.com product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, www.pcgcopiers.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.pcgcopiers.com reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, www.pcgcopiers.com shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by www.pcgcopiers.com without notice at any time, for any reason.
